BVOS offers 3 different solutions for customer support. These services are offered to assist in providing on-site or remote support for network customers needing help in supporting, troubleshooting or assistances with the day to day task of network administration. We have devolped these services based on over 20 years of supporting network users and network administrators. We understand the need for a qualified IT services provider and what it takes to accomplish the job.

Service Offerings

Network Support Agreement
  All system administration contracts with (BVOS) are subject to the following terms. Assistance Coverage
Assistance Coverage is also available to Windows system owners who already have a Windows support person who takes care of routine system administration tasks, specifically those listed under "Day-To-Day System Maintenance" in the Comprehensive Coverage contract. Remote Administration Agreement
                          Online Support by the hour Monthly Support Contract Quarterly Support Contract Hourly remote assistance will be billed at $100 per hour in 1/2 hr increments.
